Terms of Use

Effective date: June 20, 2026 · Last updated: June 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of the website at presentation-skill-pack.vercel.app (the "Site") and the open-source software packages published under the @presentation-skill-pack npm scope and the presentation-skill-pack-render PyPI package (together, the "Software").

1. License

The Software is released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, subject to the conditions in that license. No additional permissions are required from the maintainers.

2. The website

The Site is provided as-is, primarily to showcase example decks and provide installation documentation. It is a static site hosted on Vercel and carries no login, account system, or user data storage.

3. No warranty

The Software and the Site are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from use of the Software.

4. Content you create

The Software generates HTML files on your machine from input you provide. You retain full ownership of the content in the decks you create. The maintainers have no access to your generated files and claim no rights over them.

5. Third-party services

The gallery pages reference fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Font Awesome. These are loaded by your browser from their respective CDNs. Use of those services is subject to their terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or Software to generate, distribute, or facilitate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. The MIT License governs the Software; these terms govern the Site.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally. Material changes will be noted in the GitHub repository. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the maintainer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Contact

Questions can be raised as a GitHub issue or by emailing swiirl.claude@gmail.com.
